Rolfing
Providing Rolfing Structural Integration in private sessions. My approach is to attune to my client through deep listening of my hands and being-ness, this allows me to be present with each individual and to work gently with their soft tissue / connective tissue / fascia to ease strain patterns that cause pain and lack of freedom in the body.
Rolfing Movement
Become aware of your current perceptual and movement responses, then explore the sensations of freer and more fluid motion during breathing, walking, bending, lifting and other simple daily movements. Through further sensory-motor experiencing, learn to embody the qualities of efficient and graceful movement during more complex activities in work or leisure environments.
Cancer Coaching
As a fourth stage cancer survivor, I have been able to successfully navigate my health and well-being through diet, nutritional supplements, psychedelic medicines, and spiritual practice. My personal survivorship has transformed a purpose to help cancer patients. I am here to support and guide clients along their individual journey based on their health history, lifestyle, and personality.
Relational Somatic Therapy
Relational Somatic Therapy is a body-centered therapy. In Somatic Psychotherapy the body is seen as “the holder of all information – historically as well as current”. The Somatic approach is therefore based on mindfully, listening and witnessing the body.
The goal of therapy is to feel more grounded, more present, able to handle life challenges and to develop skills to enjoy healthy relationships with others and one self.
“The most effective way to work with developmental trauma is through a relationally-based, body-and-emotionally-focused therapy with an empathic, psycho-biologically attuned therapist who is willing to be an active participant”

Cancer coach
I am fascinated by personal transformation. Health, wellness and spirituality have been a big part of my life for over 30 years. Since receiving my cancer diagnosis in 2016, it has been an even bigger part of my life. I am passionate about my healing work as I know what it is like to struggle, to feel not good enough, to feel fearful and anxious. I consider myself to be a life-long learner and someone who is committed to personal growth and transformation, health and well-being.
“The Wisdom of Trauma” World Premiere reached 4 million people in 220 countries in June. We are honored to be a part of the relaunch which is happening October 4‒10. The film features Dr. Gabor Maté, one of the world’s leading trauma experts, with guest appearances by Russell Brand and Tim Ferriss.
We believe trauma is one of the root causes of the suffering we see in humanity, and on the planet at this time. Our culture is not trauma-sensitive, or trauma-informed, and many people with addiction, mental illness, chronic pain and even loneliness slip through the cracks, and don’t get the care that they need. The Wisdom of Trauma provides an alternative narrative and a vision of hope, compassion and healing in our very divided world.
To expand on the film, the broadcast is accompanied by a new Talks on Trauma Series, Part 2. This all new series features an additional 30+ experts including Bessel van der Kolk, Jewel, Jamie Lee Curtis, Richard Schwartz, Ashley Judd, and many more inspiring human beings.
When we come together and begin to embrace our own humanity — to see each other not for what we’ve done, but for what we’ve been through… We can then begin to put the pieces together for a more compassionate world.
